To decide if health coaching is right for you, I invite you to schedule a complimentary 30-minute “Nutrition Session” with me. During this session, we will discuss your health and lifestyle to determine how I can best support you in achieving your goals.

The Ultimate Health & Vitality Private Coaching Program (Fast Track)

This program was created for intelligent, committed people who do well with making consistent, extraordinary changes with their health and lifestyle and are ready to experience powerful changes.

This is the most popular program, and creates quicker and more powerful results by far, because you simply have more time and guidance from me. You will finally be able to make changes that have been difficult for you in the past. I will support you every step of the way as we eliminate all obstacles to increase your energy, improve your health, and manage your weight.

In this program you will:

  • Identify specific foods that work best for your body type, including identifying food sensitivities that may be causing fatigue, weight gain, and inflammation
  • Clear up your confusion about healthy eating
  • Learn how to easily integrate wholesome foods into your life
  • Discover how to fit in preparing quick healthy meals into your schedule
  • Learn what to buy at the grocery store, including how to read labels and distinguish which foods are truly healthy
  • Learn how to unlock the door to weight loss that has been difficult for you in the past, and discover what has been holding you back
  • Manage a healthy weight without counting calories
  • Learn how to make changes that will become part of your everyday life, rather than a fad you follow for a couple of months

This program includes:

  • Three 90-minute coaching sessions per month, for six months (total of 18 sessions)

Three times per month we’ll meet at your home, or where you prefer, to review your progress, keep you moving forward, give you next-steps to tackle, and adjust your plans, if necessary. I’ll coach and guide you to take the exact steps you need to achieve your particular goals. We will also address any questions you have or challenges you are encountering. At the end of each session I will give you experiments to complete that are realistic and practical. We will make a recipe or two so that you have that hands-on experience in your kitchen with your equipment.

  • Weekly, Customized Action Plan

Following each coaching session, I will email you a customized Action Plan. This plan will outline specific, simple and realistic steps for you to take over the next week.

  • VIP unlimited email support

When you’re stuck on an experiment or an issue, it’s easy to give up or lose momentum. But not when you can have access to me as often as you like to get moving forward, get answers to your questions, or get feedback. I do not offer this in any other program I offer. In my opinion, immediate support is not only priceless; it can make or break certain situations.

  • Done-for-You healthy & vital recipes, including cooking and shopping tips

Following each session I will email you more quick, easy, and delicious recipes and cooking tips. The recipes will make it easy for you to prepare healthy food at home and save time. If you don’t like following recipes, no worries! I will teach you how to cook foods a variety of ways without a single recipe. Either case will insure that you are completely comfortable cooking with new ingredients or using new techniques.

  • Educational Materials
    • Following each session I will email you materials that relate to the specific goals we are currently working on. The materials supplement and compliment the discussions during your sessions. They will help you become empowered to make educated decisions. Providing these materials also allows us to move more quickly and pack a lot into your sessions.

The Vibrant Health Coaching Basic Program

This program was created for intelligent, committed people who want to get moving quickly on creating lasting change in their health and lifestyle and do not feel that they need to be speaking to me on a weekly basis. Individuals who participate in this program may have attempted to achieve their goals, but have not had the guidance and support they needed to stay on track.

In this program you will:

  • Identify specific foods that work best for your body type, including identifying food sensitivities that may be causing fatigue, weight gain, and inflammation

At the end of each session I will give you experiments to complete that are realistic and practical. We will prepare a recipe or two in your kitchen, using your equipment.

Following each coaching session, I will email you personalized recommendations. This plan will outline specific, simple and realistic steps for you to take over the next two weeks.

Following each session I will email you quick, easy, and delicious recipes and cooking tips. The recipes will make it easy for you to prepare healthy food at home and save time. If you don’t like following recipes, no worries! I will teach you how to cook foods a variety of ways without a single recipe. Either case will insure that you are completely comfortable cooking with new ingredients or using new techniques.

This special program was created for the highly-committed, motivated and health-conscious person who is ready to take their health to the next level, and has a no-excuses approach to making it happen. I have a system that I use with each of my clients to help them achieve their health goals and feel more confident in their body. It has been the key to creating lasting changes for me and my clients. Together we explore concerns specific to you and your body and discover the tools you need for a lifetime of balance.

We work together to find the right foods for your body, and to balance “Primary Foods” – the areas of your life that feed you on the deepest levels. Healthy relationships, a fulfilling career, regular physical activity and a spiritual practice are essential forms of nourishment. When these “Primary Foods” are balanced, what you eat becomes secondary. This unique approach provides meaningful, lasting results.
